    1. Where there is any dispute concerning a Player's account, Uwin911 reserves the right to suspend the Player's account until a resolution is reached.   3. General Terms & Conditions of Promotion
    1. For any bet placed, funds are deducted from the players Cash Balance. If no cash is available, then the wager is deducted from the Bonus Balance. Therefore the Bonus Balance is only played if there is no Cash Balance.
    2. All offers is restricted to only one free open account per individual, family, household address, email address, telephone number, bank account and IP address.
    3. Any bets placed on two opposite sides, tie and void bets will not be taken into the calculation of the casino rebate or count towards any rollover requirement.
    4. In the event that a withdrawal is made prior to the 20 times rollover, the bonus andwinnings may be forfeited. All drawn or tie bets will not be counted towards the roll over requirement.
    5. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of any promotion, only “Valid Bet” which means wagers won or lost using Cash or Bonus Balance will count towards the wagering requirement of any bonus.
    6. "Risk Betting" means the amount that you have bet on, regardless of the final win or loss of the game, to constitute a Bet Combination thereby qualifying as a Valid Bet, but the caseof bet placed on two opposites, tie and void bets are considered as “risk-free bet” which arenot valid betting amount. Valid bet does not equal to the total wagered amount. The wagered amount may not be equal to the actual amount won or lost. If Win/loss is morethan Bet Amount, then Bet Amount will be used for Valid Bet calculation. If Win/loss is less than Bet Amount, then Win/loss will be used for Valid Bet calculation.
    7. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate any Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice.

Each member only allowed to have one registered account in Uwin911, If we found out members create more than one account,(Before creating multiple accounts, members have to contact one of our live chat representative and request for creating multipleaccounts). Otherwise Uwin911 will treat these accounts as an arbitrage betting account. And Uwin911 have the right to terminate the accounts, and credit will be frozen permanently.

      5. Deduction of Wagers / Unresolved Wagers
        • Stakes will be deducted from your account at the time of placing your Bet, nomatter when the result is determined. Such Bets will be resolved upon completion of such games and winnings, if applicable, credited to Players accounts at that time.
